Uhanes / Hollskers Closed Species Concept

Hi guys.
I have created a new closed species, these are the uhanes and the hollskerses as the title says.

Uhane

The uhanes are lost souls in search of materialization, are simple creatures that possess a natural ability to tune with matter, something that they can not achieve unless they develop material power (Which they can do alone).
While they are uhanes, they are very curious, they like to analyze the environment where they live to know what skills they must develop and to where they can grow their power, Are social creatures and like to be in groups to defend themselves, each has a different personality and some ease for for some elements.

Once the power is developed (which is achieved when the soul matures), this can create a hard layer around itself, this layer is molded by the same soul and takes a while to harden.

This is the most vulnerable moment of souls since fully transformed souls could consume them to gain power

The masks of the uhanes are very varied and different depending on the skill of the uhane and their personality

Once the mask is done the process has only begun

Uhane has the duty to create a body to be synchronized, this process is not so delicate, but it is complex.
The semi-transformed uhane, must choose a body that allows him to defend himself from others, and to greater ability can create different body type:
The weakest, create simple bodies and the most powerful, most complex bodies

Once the body is finished, the transformation is complete and the uhane has evolved into a hollsker

Hollsker

The hollskers are the evolution of the uhanes, they are complete beings in both physical and spiritual energy.

Are characterized by the fact that the mask they carry is not attached to their body, it floats above it, since the body and head were created separately and at different moments
In spite of this, they have no physical limit other than by the shape of their body
The personality of the hollskers depends on what they were al se uhanes, although some change in the process of transformation by different factors
Once converted into hollsker, they can not return to the state unahe
Each hollsker has a different skill depending on his tune, some can be made of elements and others of flesh and bone, others more of materials, this does not affect them personality
